Returns & Exchanges
At Twigs Paper, we take pride in the quality of our stationery products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy, we’re here to help.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Contact our Customer Care team at support@twigspaper.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different product or design, please contact us at support@twigspaper.com.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order, and you will need to return the original item following our return process.
