Shipping
What is your return policy?
- Returns may be made within 30 days of the order date
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Twigs Paper is not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by sender
- Once we have the returned product(s) we will credit your account less the original cost of shipping
- Please note it may take a couple weeks for refunds to be applied to your account due to varying processing times of payment providers
- Be sure to include the original packing slip or order receipt so we can complete the return process quickly

I ordered multiple products or a large quantity, will my order ship together?
Sometimes we split larger orders into multiple shipments. However, we can guarantee that they will ship at the same time. This is more typical with orders of multiple 48 sets of assorted cards.

Do you ship to PO boxes and FPO/APO/DPO Addresses?
We are happy to offer shipping to PO boxes and FPO/APO/DPO addresses with USPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped from our location in New Jersey. Orders typically arrive within 5 business days of being placed.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2 days and all orders are shipped standard with USPS.
My package is lost, what should I do?
If your tracking information says your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
1. Check to see whether it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor’s address.
2. Contact your local post office with the tracking information.
3. Reach out to us at help@twigspaper.com and include your order number.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed.
What should I do if my order is damaged or missing an item?
Please email help@twigspaper.com to report damaged or missing items within 5 days of the delivery date.
